• Cập nhật và tuân thủ những thay đổi những quy định trong yêu cầu của khách hàng

Update and implement the testing procedure as defined and required by customer and factory

• Hướng dẫn quy trình thí nghiệm mới đến nhân viên

Train laboratory officer new testing procedure

• Giám sát việc nhận các mẫu thí nghiệm được gửi đến và phân công công việc cho nhân viên

Monitor received testing sample status and assign task to laboratory officer

• Giám sát việc thực hiện các thí nghiệm theo quy trình

Monitor the testing as per procedure

• Cập nhật kết quả thí nghiệm vào các báo cáo và kịp thời thông tin đến cấp trên và các bộ phận liên quan để có hướng xử lý cho các vấn đề phát sinh hoặc để thực hiện quy trình kế tiếp

Update testing report on time and promptly escalate any issue to direct superiors or relevant departments for solution or proceed next step

• Xem xét các kết quả thí nghiệm chưa đạt và hướng dẫn nhân viên hướng thông tin vấn đề

Review the testing with failure result and guide laboratory officer for escalation

• Giám sát việc lưu trữ mẫu thí nghiệm theo yêu cầu tại nơi quy định theo đúng quy cách

Monitor the testing specimen maintaining as required at designated area in a proper manner

• Xem xét báo cáo kết quả thí nghiệm từ T2

Review T2 test reports

• Tuân thủ đúng quy định của công ty trong việc nhận, sử dụng và thải bỏ hóa chất

Comply with the company's regulations on receiving, using and disposing of chemicals

• Thực hiện các công việc khác được phân công bởi quản lý trực tiếp

Other tasks are assigned by direct manager

1.  Trình độ chuyên môn/Job qualification

Yêu cầu chung/ General requirements:

• Hiểu rõ về quy trình thí nghiệm sản phẩm

Understand the product testing process

• Có khả năng quản lý đội nhóm, phân bổ công việc

Ability to manage a team and allocate work

Ưu tiên/ Priority:

• Có kinh nhiệm làm việc trong nhà máy may mặc adidas/ Working experience in adidas garment factory

Số năm kinh nghiệm/ Number of years of experience:

• Từ 3 năm trở lên/ At least 3-year

2.  Trình độ học vấn/Education background

Yêu cầu chung/ General requirements:

• Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên

Graduated from college or above

Ưu tiên chuyên ngành/ Priority major:

• Công nghệ Hóa-Sinh/Dệt May

Bio-chemical/Textile Technology

3.  Trình độ tin học/Computing skill

• Biết sử dụng MSO: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business

Have basic knowledge and can use MSO: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business

4.  Trình độ ngoại ngữ/Language skill

• Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt

Good English communication

• Trung thực, Cẩn thận, Nhanh nhẹn, Làm việc nhóm
