Inspect 1^st output of bulk by comparing that product to sealing sample and required documents (article description, trim card, pre-sewing meeting minute, emails)

Conduct the inline audit

Cập nhật kết quả đánh giá sản phẩm lên hệ thống theo đúng thời gian quy định

Update the audit result to the system on time

Thông tin đến cấp quản lý và các bên liên quan bao gồm QA, sản xuất, bảo trì, kỹ thuật, hoàn thành đóng gói… về chất lượng hàng hóa để có hành động phòng ngừa hoặc điều chỉnh

Escalate the findings to direct superiors and relevant departments including QA, production, mechanic, technician, finishing and packing, etc. about goods quality for preventive and or corrective actions

Tham dự các cuộc họp trước sản xuất, các khóa huấn luyện dành cho CFA

Attend pre-production meeting, training conducted for CFA

Duyệt mẫu đóng gói, duyệt mẫu đóng thùng theo tiêu chuẩn của khách hàng

Approve packing sample, approve packed carton based on customer’s requirement

Theo dõi kế hoạch sản xuất, kế hoạch xuất hàng hàng ngày để sắp xếp kế hoạch kiểm hàng, ưu tiên những đơn hàng đến ngày xuất hàng

Follow up production plan, shipment plan daily to arrange the inspection plan, prioritize the orders that about to ship

Thực hiện các công việc khác được phân công bởi quản lý trực tiếp

Yêu cầu chung/ General requirements:

Có hiểu biết về tiêu chuẩn chất lượng trong ngành may mặc

Knowledgeable about qualty standard in garment file

Biết cách kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm

Know how to inspect goods quality

Ưu tiên/ Priority:

Chứng chỉ CFA được cấp bởi Adidas

CFA certification by Adidas

Có kinh nhiệm làm việc trong nhà máy may mặc adidas/ Working experience in adidas garment factory

Số năm kinh nghiệm/ Number of years of experience:

Ưu tiên: trên 1 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương trở lên/ Priority: 1 years of experience or above

Chấp nhận đào tạo đối với ứng viên tiềm năng chưa có kinh nghiệm/ Accept training for potential candidates with no experience

2.  Trình độ học vấn/ Education background

Yêu cầu chung/ General requirements:

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên/ College or above

Ưu tiên chuyên ngành/ Priority major:

Công nghệ may/ Garment technology

3.  Trình độ tin học/ Computing skill

Biết sử dụng thiết bị thông bị thông minh, biết sử dụng các ứng dụng tin học văn phòng MSO: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business

4.  Trình độ ngoại ngữ/ Language skill

Tiếp thu nhanh và có khả năng thực hành đúng như những hướng dẫn của cấp quản lý về việc kiểm hàng, nhận biết lỗi, tuân thủ các quy trình

Quickly understand and be able to do the job as the guideline of superior about inspection, defect identification, process

Truyền đạt thông tin rõ ràng và chính xác đến các thành viên liên quan (QC kiểm hàng trên chuyền, tổ trưởng chuyền may, tổ trưởng QA hay những thành viên khác khi cần thiết)

Communicate clearly and accurately with relevant members (inline QC, sewing line leader, QA leader or others as needed)
