2. Làm rập báo giá, đặt vải. Make pattern for costing, pattern for fabric booking.
3. Tính toán định mức phụ liệu cho tất cả các giai đoạn từ mẫu đến sản xuất. Calculate accessory consumption for all stage (sample stages, costing stages, bulk).
4. Làm hoàn chỉnh các thông số cho tất cả các giai đoạn từ mẫu đến sản xuất. Tùy nhãn hàng. Complete size spec for sample and production stage. Depends on the brand.
5. Dựa theo kế hoạch sản xuất để kiểm tra rập và tài liệu cho sản xuất đại trà trước khi cắt. Follow the production plan to check the pattern and AD for bulk production before cutting.
6. Kiểm tra, đề nghị chỉnh sửa hình vẽ mô tả trên tài liệu và báo quản lý đơn hàng để báo khách hàng chỉnh sửa cho phù hợp với mẫu và đề nghị cho sản xuất (chỉ có khách hàng mới chỉnh sửa trên hình vẽ mô tả được). Kiểm tra danh sách nguyên liệu để bảo quản lý đơn hàng chỉnh sửa. Check, suggest sketch adjustment in Tech pack and inform to Mer. (Customer can update TP only). Check BOM and inform to Mer. update correctly.
7. Tham dự và thảo luận cuộc họp với Kỹ thuật, Phòng mẫu, 3D, bộ phận theo dõi đơn hàng… thống nhất các vấn đề phát sinh trước khi lên mẫu (thông số, cách may, hình dáng rập,…). Attend and discuss during meeting with Technical, Sample Room, 3D, Merchandisers… align solution of arising issues before making samples (parameters, sewing methods, pattern shapes, etc…).

• Yêu cầu chung / General requirements:
• Hiểu rõ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của sản phẩm/ Understand in technical requirements of product
• Có chuyên môn trong việc thiết kế rập 2D/ Expertise in 2D pattern design
• Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm Gerber/ Proficient in using Gerber
• Ưu tiên / Priority:
• Đã từng làm trong ngành may mặc hoặc nhà máy Adidas là một lợi thế/ Used to work in garment industry or Adidas factory is preferable
• Số năm kinh nghiệm / Number of years of experience: Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương/ At least 2 years experiences in similar position

2. Trình độ học vấn / Education background

• Yêu cầu chung / General requirements: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên/ College or above
• Ưu tiên chuyên ngành / Priority major: Công nghệ may/Garment technology

3. Trình độ tin học / Computing skill:

• Kỹ năng máy tính giỏi/ Good at computer (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Microsoft Team, Outlook)
• Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm Gerber/ Proficient in using Gerber

4. Trình độ ngoại ngữ / Language skill:

• Tiếng Anh 4 kỹ năng: Có thể nghe, nói, giao tiếp cơ bản/ Can listen, speak, and basic communication
• Có thể đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật và viết comment và emails bằng tiếng Anh/ Can read and understand technical documents and write comments and emails in English
