1.  Trình độ chuyên môn/Job qualification

Yêu cầu chung/ General requirements:

• Có kiến thức về sản xuất may mặc, cải tiến, máy móc.

Apparel manufacturing knowledge, Machinery knowledge.

Ưu tiên/ Priority:

• Có kiến thức về quản lý dự án

Project management knowledge

Số năm kinh nghiệm/ Number of years of experience:

• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm về IE Kaizen trong ngành may

Minimum 1-year experienced IE Kaizen in apparel manufacturing

2.  Trình độ học vấn/Education background

Yêu cầu chung/ General requirements:

• Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên

College graduate or above

Ưu tiên chuyên ngành/ Priority major:

• IE, công nghệ may, hệ thống sản xuất cải tiến, quản trị kinh doanh

Industrial Engineering, Apparel Technology, Lean manufacturing system, Business Management

3.  Trình độ tin học/Computing skill

• Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, MS Team

Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS teams

4.  Trình độ ngoại ngữ/

Language skill

• Tiếng Anh 4 kĩ năng khá

Proficient writing skills

5.  Tính cách và thái độ/Personality & attitude

• Kỉ luật, tận tâm, hợp tác khi làm việc nhóm
